All of our loans are approved by 5 seasoned investors before being given the 'green light'. This is to ensure that our borrowers are entering into a great deal that will yield them a high profit upon completion.
Our unique loan package makes us able to finance both the purchase price and renovations needed for your fix and flip or refinance. We will loan up to 70% of After Repair Value (ARV) - meaning we will cover what ever costs you may have for the project if it is the right deal.
We stick to our "70% of ARV" model and do not require our borrowers to bring any money to closing as long as their deal fits those parameters.
We do not require monthly interest payments from our borrowers. Interest will be rolled up into a final amount due when you sell the property or finish the refinance.
